Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of SparqOS, a property of S Mobile Wireless LLC. It supplements our Terms & Conditions. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use SparqOS to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Generate, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that incites violence.
• Plan, facilitate, or carry out fraud, phishing, social-engineering, or other deceptive activity.
• Create or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data, including ours or another user's.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, the underlying infrastructure, or other users.
• Use the Service to make decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, healthcare, or other matters that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without an appropriate human reviewer and qualified professional advice.

3. Automation, Scraping & Reverse Engineering

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

• Crawl, scrape, harvest, or index any portion of the Service, prompts, model outputs, code, or UI, except as expressly permitted in writing.
• Use bots, scripts, headless browsers, or other automated means to access the Service outside of documented APIs.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, models, prompts, embeddings, or training data behind SparqOS.
• Use SparqOS output to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop a competing AI model, assistant, or productivity product.
• Resell, sublicense, white-label, or republish the Service or its output without a separate written agreement.

4. Account Sharing & Capacity

Each account is for a single named user. You may not share credentials, pool one subscription across multiple individuals, or circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or paywalls. We may suspend accounts that show patterns consistent with sharing or abuse.

5. Confidentiality of Beta & Pre-Release Features

Features marked beta, preview, alpha, or "early access" are confidential. You may not publish screenshots, videos, benchmarks, or descriptions of those features without our prior written consent.

6. Reporting Abuse

To report a violation of this AUP, email customerservice@smobilewireless.com. We investigate reports and may take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, suspending accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of SparqOS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
