1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SparqOS ("the Service"), a property of S Mobile Wireless LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SparqOS is a personal AI action stream that helps users organize tasks and responsibilities. SparqOS plans and drafts actions; nothing is sent or completed without your explicit approval.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
5. AI-Generated Content
SparqOS uses AI models to generate suggestions, drafts, and prioritizations. AI output may contain errors and is not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all actions before they are executed, for the prompts you submit, for verifying the accuracy of outputs, and for having the rights to any content you input. Do not use SparqOS to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak the underlying models. We may remove, restrict, or refuse outputs and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our 30-day money-back guarantee.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, and branding, is owned by S Mobile Wireless LLC and protected by applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S Mobile Wireless LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
