By accessing or using SparqOS ("the Service"), a property of S Mobile Wireless LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SparqOS is a personal AI action stream that helps users organize tasks and responsibilities. SparqOS plans and drafts actions; nothing is sent or completed without your explicit approval.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
5. AI-Generated Content
SparqOS uses AI models to generate suggestions, drafts, and prioritizations. AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all actions before they are executed.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, and branding, is owned by S Mobile Wireless LLC and protected by applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S Mobile Wireless LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
